During its Annual Retreat in Virginia on October 19th, 2018, an ‘Educational Seminar’ was organized. Speakers included Nadia Naviwala (Expert Wilson Center, DC), and Shafiq Khan (President Teach the World Foundation). The current situation of primary education in underserved parts of Pakistan, and ways to improve literacy rate were discussed. I helped organize the seminar. It was a wonderful educational experience for me. It helped me better understand the basic educational needs of children in underdeveloped parts of the world.
